A2 You're a practising electrician who needs to hold the current Wiring Regulations qualification to meet the latest edition of the IET Wiring Regulations. A4 From 1st Jan 2005 electrical installation in dwellings, (houses and flats) have become subject to a new Building Regulation - “Part P”. This will be enforced by the Local Authority. A5 The City & Guilds 2392-10 course will provide a qualification in Fundamental Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification of new electrical installations and is aimed at thise with little or no inspection or testing knowledge.
