BOOKING YOUR COURSES

How To Book Online

Booking your course online is simple. Simply select the course you are interested in, choose the location of the training centre you would like to attend and select a training date, and click the ‘Book Course' button.

From there, you can simply proceed to the booking form where you will need to complete the fields that are required and then you will go to the payment section to pay for your course using a credit or debit card.

Which Credit and Debit Cards Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo cards.

Can I Book Over the Phone

Yes, you may book by phone. Simply call us on 0845 021 2382 or 0845 021 2392 and we will be happy to take your reservation.

Confirmation and Course Details

You will be emailed booking confirmation with a link to the joining instructions with times, location and required materials and a Vat invoice.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING COURSES

How Do I Cancel My Booking

If you wish to cancel your course, please inform us in writing within 14 days of making the reservation. Any refund will be subject to our Terms of Use.

Changing Course Dates

We will make every effort to re-arrange a pre-booked course for an alternative date. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to do this.
